About Us
A Restoration Company That Is Actually Based in Irvine
Our trucks, our equipment and our technicians operate out of south Irvine, minutes from the I-5 / I-405 interchange. That is not a marketing detail — it is the entire reason a 60-minute commitment is realistic here.
- On site in 60 minutes, anywhere in Irvine
- IICRC-Certified Crews
- We bill your insurer directly for covered work
Our Story
Built around the first hour
Water damage is one of the few problems where the outcome is decided almost entirely in the first hour. A supply line at household pressure delivers four to eight gallons a minute. Extraction within the hour usually saves the carpet, the pad and the drywall. The same loss found eight hours later routinely means the pad is disposed of and the bottom two feet of drywall comes out.
So we built the company around response time rather than around marketing. Base in south Irvine at 15707 Rockfield Blvd, equipment loaded, crews on call, and a live dispatcher instead of an answering service. From here every part of Irvine is a short run, and at 2 a.m. the freeways are empty.
The second thing we built around is not handing you off. Most of this industry dries your home and then leaves you to find a general contractor — two contracts, two schedules, two scopes for your adjuster to reconcile, and each contractor pointing at the other when something falls between them. We carry the job to the final coat of paint.

How We Work
Four things we hold ourselves to
We answer, and we show up
A live dispatcher, any hour. An arrival window on the first call, and a named person accountable for holding it. If we are running late you hear it from us before you have to ask.
We measure instead of guessing
Dry standard is established from unaffected material in your own home, then read daily at marked points. You get the full log. A company that cannot produce one was guessing.
We finish what we start
Extraction through the final coat of paint under one scope. No handoff to a general contractor, no gap between mitigation and repair for your adjuster to argue about.
We tell you when you do not need us
If a loss is genuinely small and you can handle it, we will say so on the phone. If a closer company will reach you faster on a time-critical job, we will say that too.
Credentials
What we carry, and what we will not claim
Credentials matter most in an emergency, when you have no time to check. So here is exactly what we hold — and where a value is not yet published, we have left it blank rather than inventing it.

Our Process
What actually happens, hour by hour
Competitor pages list services. Here is the sequence, with the real durations.
- 1
First 60 minutes
Live dispatch and arrival
You reach a person. We confirm the address, the water source and whether power is off, give you an arrival window and a named contact, and tell you exactly what to do while you wait.
- 2
Hours 1–3
Assessment, mapping and extraction
Water classified, wet footprint mapped with moisture meters and thermal imaging, containment set if needed, then truck-mounted extraction and submersible pumps.
- 3
Days 1–4
Monitored structural drying
Air movers and industrial dehumidification sized to the load, with daily readings at the same marked points until every one reaches your home's dry standard.
- 4
Throughout
Documentation and your insurer
Photos, video, moisture logs and a line-item scope in the format adjusters expect. We speak to your adjuster directly and bill the carrier for covered work.
- 5
Week 2 onward
Repair and rebuild
Insulation, drywall, texture match, paint, base, flooring, cabinetry and trim — then a walkthrough, a punch list, and the complete documentation package.
Service Area
60 areas across Orange County
Full 60-minute commitment across Irvine and the neighbouring cities, honest arrival windows everywhere else. We would rather tell you a number we can hold.

What customers say
Read verified customer reviews on our Google Business Profile.
“Our water heater went at 4 a.m. and the garage was under an inch of water. A real person answered, told me exactly which valve to close, and a crew was here before 5. They stopped it reaching the hallway.”
Water Heater Leak Cleanup
“We had a warm patch on the kitchen floor for weeks and assumed it was nothing. They found the slab leak in about twenty minutes without opening a single tile, and the report went straight to our adjuster.”
Slab Leak Detection
“Another company told us the whole plaster ceiling had to come out. These guys dried it in place over six days and the room looks exactly like it did. On a 1912 house that matters.”
Structural Drying
“Water from the unit above reached three condos. They documented each one separately from the first hour, which is apparently why all three claims settled in about five weeks instead of dragging on.”
Residential Water Damage Restoration
“Sprinkler head got knocked in our stockroom on a Tuesday evening. They were here in under ten minutes and we reopened Thursday. I had budgeted for a week closed.”
Commercial Water Damage Restoration
“Straightforward about what insurance would and would not cover, and they scoped a version we could afford out of pocket when part of it was excluded. No pressure either way.”

The Team
Who actually shows up
We are not going to put invented names and stock headshots on this page. What is useful is knowing which roles turn up at your door and what each one is accountable for.
The dispatcher who answers
A person, not an answering service taking a message for the morning. They confirm the address, the water source and whether power is off, dispatch the nearest crew, and give you an arrival window and a named contact before the call ends.
The lead technician on site
IICRC-certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. They classify the water, map the real wet footprint with meters and a thermal camera, and own the drying plan and the daily readings from that point on.
The crew doing the physical work
Extraction, containment, controlled demolition and equipment placement. On a Category 3 job they work in PPE behind sealed barriers under negative air, which is a slower and more deliberate way to work than most people expect.
The person who puts it back
Drywall, texture, paint, base, flooring and cabinetry, working from the same scope that covered the drying. No handover to a second company, and no gap in the middle for an adjuster to question.
Questions
About the company
Are you actually based in Irvine, or is this a call centre?
We are at 15707 Rockfield Blvd, Irvine, CA 92618, and crews dispatch from there. That is the whole basis of the 60-minute commitment inside Irvine — it is a drive-time promise from a real address, not a marketing number attached to a routing service.
Why do you not publish a contractors license number?
Because we will not display one until it is real and verifiable. Plenty of restoration sites show a number you have no practical way to check. Mitigation and drying work is what we hold IICRC certification for; ask us directly about licensing scope for any rebuild work on your job and you will get a straight answer rather than a badge.
Do you do the rebuild too, or just the drying?
Both, on the same scope. When one company dries and another rebuilds there is a handover in the middle that neither owns and no adjuster likes. Holding both means one line-item document split into mitigation and rebuild, and one company accountable from the first extraction to the final coat of paint.
What happens if you find more damage than the estimate covered?
Free on-site assessment and written scope before any demolition — and if the meters show a larger wet footprint than the first assessment did, you hear about it and approve the change before we proceed. The affected area is routinely two to three times what is visible, which is exactly why we measure it rather than quoting from a photograph.
24/7 live dispatch
Water damage does not wait. Neither do we.
A live dispatcher answers 24/7, gives you an arrival window, and tells you exactly what to do while you wait. Call (201) 277-9344.
